the art of bespoke
A superior level of craftsmanship defines bespoke tailoring & separates it from its familiar competitors. The experience begins with the initial consultation - where we take measurements, select fabric, & resolve the style. What will take the garment to a sartorial level is the skillful artisanship that follows - hand-drafting, cutting, construction & fitting. refining craftsmanship
It takes years of training to get to a level of true craftsmanship. To achieve this - bespoke tailor Allan David Sinclair first studied the art of costume design & garment construction at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Keen to advance his sartorial skills further, he apprenticed with the Savile-Row-trained bespoke tailor Desmond Merrion in West Yorkshire, Northern England. Discover a more detailed account of his story in the link below.
